What You'll Do
- Perform signature blowouts, braids, updos, bridal styling, and extension services
- Deliver Blo's signature Pink Carpet guest experience
- Educate guests on products and services
- Recommend memberships, retail products, and service enhancements
- Participate in training and continuing education
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
What We're Looking For
- Active Kentucky Cosmetology License
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Passion for beauty, styling, and guest experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career
Schedule & Availability
We're looking for team members who are available during our busiest guest hours and excited to help create an exceptional experience for every guest.
- Flexible scheduling options available
- Full 8-hour shifts
- Morning, mid-day, and evening shift opportunities
- Weekend availability is required
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holiday availability may be required
- Additional weekend shifts available during peak seasons and special events
- Weekend-only positions available for qualified candidates
- Ideal candidates are available during our busiest guest hours
