This Is a Sales + Service Role
This position is perfect for someone who loves beauty and enjoys working toward goals.
You will have monthly sales goals and the opportunity to increase your paycheck through commission incentives, including:
- Commission on retail product sales
- Commission on membership sales
- Performance bonuses and growth opportunities

You’ll work closely with our Chief Style Boss (Educator) through Blo’s paid training program to master Blo’s 7 signature styles and more.
You Must Have:
- A current Arizona cosmetology license
- Weekend availability (Saturday required; Friday and Sunday preferred)
- Flexibility to work peak hours (typically Thursday–Saturday)
- A passion for the beauty industry and providing excellent guest experiences
- Salon experience is a plus, but not required
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional blowout and styling services following Blo standards
- Recommend and sell retail products that fit the guest’s needs
- Promote and sell Blo memberships to build guest loyalty
- Work toward monthly goals that directly increase your earning potential
- Maintain a clean, professional, upbeat environment
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
- Opportunity to cross-train in additional services such as makeup
- Potential for growth into Senior Stylist or Management roles
Compensation: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
