Are you looking to master elevated, round-brush blowouts while expanding your skills in extensions, makeup, diverse textures, and specialty styles?
 At Blo Pearland, you’ll work with a diverse clientele, build advanced skills, and grow into the next phase of your beauty career — whether that’s advanced artistry, leadership, education, or corporate opportunity.

We are seeking full-time stylists looking to build a long-term home and part-time stylists who can support our busiest days, especially weekends, with optional growth into more.
 Makeup experience is a plus — but we are happy to train the right artist.

COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL
Hourly base pay + tips
Commissions + performance bonuses
Membership, retail & add-on incentives
Total earning potential: $19.50 – $27.00+ per hour

Income grows through booking makeup services, performing extension services, keratin treatments, premium add-ons & retail, and membership production.
 You are busy from day one with members, repeat guests, and new clients — no need to build your own book.

 Deliver exceptional blowouts & styles within appointment times
 Provide outstanding guest service every visit
 Educate guests on products, upgrades & memberships
 Participate in training & skill development
 Support teammates & the overall salon flow
 Maintain a clean, safe & professional workspace

REQUIREMENTS
 Current Texas Cosmetology License
 Weekend availability required
 Sunday availability is important. Flexible shift options include 9–2, 10–3, 11–4, 12–5, or 1–6. Additional hours may be available for those who want longer Sunday shifts, especially part-time stylists.
