You Must Have:

Strong technical skills and experience using a Mac computer
Holds a current CA Cosmetology License, or is actively enrolled in an accredited beauty school (will be assisting with washes and blow drying)
The ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and be flexible with your schedule (must be able to work peak hours as determined by the bar, typically Thursday through Sunday)
A passion for the beauty/cosmetology industry and making people feel beautiful
Experience with Booker scheduling software is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

Participation in maintaining a professional, fun, and respectful salon environment
Managing a clean and tidy workplace
Actively participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and stay current with industry trends
Support stylists by shampooing guests and preparing them for their services, ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience
Serve as a Blo brand ambassador, creating an exceptional first and last impression for every guest
Maintain a friendly, professional, and tactful demeanor—even in high-pressure situations—and consistently elevate the guest experience
Opportunity for growth: potential to be cross-trained in additional services such as makeup application, or promoted to stylist or leadership roles
