Job Responsibilities

· Perform LashKind’s signature brow and lash services at the highest level, being sure to keep the guests lash and brow health in mind

· Deliver exceptional customer service

· Provide expert recommendations that lead to product sales, service upgrades and membership sign-ups

· Participate in regular training and skill-development opportunities

· Work collaboratively and support your teammates

· Participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workspace

· Perform other store-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

· An up-to-date cosmetology license for Texas

· One year of lash extension experience

· The ability to work weekends

· A passion for the beauty industry and for making people feel great
